Description

  • After cooking rice, allow it to cool uncovered for 30 minutes or until room temperature.
  • Place 1 cup of rice into each Ziplock bags.
  • Flatten the rice in the bag and release as much air as possible before sealing the bag.
  • Lay the bags flat in the freezer.
  • To reheat the frozen rice, open the Ziplock bag slightly to let steam escape. Put the bag in the microwave for 3 minutes. Let the bag sit for 1 minute before serving.
