You have probably received many things for baby at a shower, but there are still some things you should have at home but may not have received.
• Nasal aspirator (aka nose sucker): you may receive one at the hospital
• Saline drops
• Digital thermometer
• Rubbing alcohol for wiping around umbilical stump
• Formula, if bottle feeding
• Cotton balls or swabs for cleaning umbilical stump
• Petroleum jelly to wipe on circumcision
• Baby soap
• Diaper cream
• Nail clippers or nail file
• Mylicon drops to relieve gas, ask your doctor
